How is the orange Elbrus Ergo Alu different from the black one?

Both have the same design: an aluminum handle, a thermo-shrinkable sleeve, and an ergonomic grip. The black Elbrus Ergo Alu has a recycled plastic drawer. The orange one belongs to the higher-strength line designed for more intensive work [for confirmation: what exactly is the material difference].

Why is it worth choosing a shovel in orange color?

The bright color is easy to see on the snow, so the shovel won’t bend when mounted on a plinth or in a warehouse. It’s easier to find it among other tools in a construction site or warehouse, and it helps companies distinguish their own equipment, for example when working with several teams.

What is the purpose of the shaped handle?

The bending of the torso allows you to pick up material with less inclination of the torso, because your hands are working higher than with a straight torso. With repeated lifting of the bucket, this relieves the lower back.

How is Elbrus Ergo Alu different from Elbrus Basic?

Elbrus Basic has a simple wooden handle and a length of 124 cm, so it is suitable for shorter, precise work. Elbrus Ergo Alu is longer (139.5 cm), lighter to handle, and has a contoured handle, making it better suited for long snow removal and work by people of higher stature.
